Lunch: GRILLED WEDGE SALAD WITH A FRIED EGG AND CRANBERRY FETA

Dinner: Ranch Chicken

Thursday:

Breakfast: Oven-Made French Toast

Lunch: Smoked salmon & avocado sushi

Dinner: Baked steak Burritos

Friday:

Breakfast: Blueberry Muffin Bread

Lunch: SHELLS & ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Dinner: Lemon chicken skillet
